Thank you my dears for your nice wishes.I realize now that leaving just one sentence up in the air like this seems very dramatic.Yet,it really is not anything dramatic!I just am in such a need of a pause from writing on this blog!I want to take care of some things(religious/private ones and professional ones) before I continue writing on here.Just because I want this blog to be the most true to myself and others. It might take me some months, but I will definitely come back!In the meantime I will continue to read the blogs I am following and I will comment, too :).I can not deprive myself of everything, can I ;)! Love to both of you...and a hug,too =)... May Allah bless you. XO
thanks so much for commenting and for your nice words. It really means a lot to me! I explained in my answer to Kakchik and Mina why I'm not going to blog for a while. But,I'll definitely will comment on blogs that I'm following.Including yours,of course. It's just that at the moment I'm really very busy organizing some things...nothing dramatic or so...just trying to put some things in a proper order :). I read about you wearing a hijab and I'm happy you're liking it and feeling it as a right thing for you.Please...do post some pictures :).Such decisions are so important and nice! You're asking me what I'm ready for...well I'm definitely ready to give my life a more straight path. But,don't worry,I'll definitely will blog about everything in detail as soon as I feel I can do it. I send you a hug my dear and I wish you all good at the uni :). Kisses <3!
Jasmina dear, hope all is well and you will have time to blog again soon!
I remember reading you write about making your own toner and I wanted to just add some information about toning products in the muslim faith as many of these toners contain alcohol.
In Muslim faith.. it is permissable to use 'alcohol denat' in perfumes and cosmetic products.
The reason for this is 'denat' means denatured (the alcohol has been made not natural) and is no longer an alcohol for injesting that will make a person intoxicated.
Many people of Muslim faith specify the reason alcohol should be avoided is because of its effect (drunk behaviour etc) on the body when drunk.. so as you are not putting it IN your system it is ok to use.
However, if it is in medicine many people understand and agree that is is permissable but.. of course there are a few who believe it is not. If you are ever worried just ask your Imam.
Hope this helps for when you make your own toner or buy one! :) xx
I found your blog today and I realize that you are sooo much like me. You are also an only child, struggling with family issues, you wish you had siblings, and you are trying to find a place in your religion. I also go through the same kinds of emotions and feelings.
@ Tali :o), my dear...thank you so,so,so much for taking the time to write this comment :).I really do appreciate it a lot and I'm sure the information you provided will help not only me,but also other women. That was so nice of you...that you even remembered that I want to make a toner like you did :).Actually,I'm already saving up a container I'll recycle and use for this toner :). You know, not long ago I posted a question on my blog regarding a home made hair mask containing rum.I wasn't sure if I should use it or not...I still am not,as I really should contact an Imam for this one.The fact is that,I'm not having a problem using alcohol on my skin, because I know this will not make me intoxicated.Yet,by this special hair mask, which I found on one Slovene internet site,a girl claimed that after she put it on her hair she could strongly feel the vapors of the rum and that she felt a bit tipsy :D.As funny as this might be,it is a problem for me.However, this hair mask (against shedding) has been super raved for by many people on that site...so you can iamgine my curiosity to try it,too.I still have to decide what to do with it all!But I found a shampoo by Phyto who has the same igredients as this hair mask...including the rum...so I might be trying this one.At the moment I'm using another Phyto shampoo and it's really good - actually the best shampoo I've ever used :). So,my dear Tali thank you again :) and I send you a strong hug, along with the wishes of a happy Easter :o)! Kiss, kiss!
thank you for following me and for posting a comment on my site.I looked at your blog and it's true, we're very much alike. We both want that turn in our life :)! Hm...my religious quest is really devastating me,to say the least.I don't think anyone can really understand how it feels not to be able to decide. It's terrible! But,I want to be optimistic :) and hope that all turns out well for both of us :). Kiss, kiss :)!
