I'M SO CORNY...CORNY,CORNY,CORNY... :D

He,he,he :D...I'm not h (oooopssss ;))/corny!!!But...this salad sure is :)!
This is a quick and easy recipe for a sweet corn salad which was given to me by a Serbian lady this summer.Goes on very well with grilled meat,but you can also enjoy it on its own with some bread - I suggest some whole grain bread as its stronger taste accompanies well the delicacy of this salad.
For 4 persons you need: 400-450g sweet corn,150-200g cheese (best if of a more delicate taste),200g of sour cream,juice of a half lemon,salt.
1. Cook the sweet corn in some water (I like to add some salt already in the water - but if you want you can add it only at the end).When the corn is cooked,take it out of the water and let it rest until completely cool.2. Cut the cheese in small pieces and squeeze out the juice of a half lemon.3. Put the cold corn,the cheese,the sour cream and the lemon juice in a bowl and stir well.4. Add salt per taste and stir again.You can serve the salad immediately,but I suggest you put it in a refrigerator for about 2 hours for all the flavors to amalgamate well.
