MY HAIR JOURNEY 13

I have been just thinking that I would so much like to write a post today, but for what I had in mind I do not have any pictures yet. Thus, after a brief thinking I decided I would like to post a kind of sneak peek into what I was about in regards with my hair styling.I think that this is the next step during one's hair journey.I just feel the need of enjoying my hair,so here and there I come up with a hair style which helps me go through a day feeling decent.I now have some favorite styles that I wear almost every day and I am soon going to share them with you. They are very simple hair styles, but they make me feel happy.
The above style is just a franch braid with its end tucked inside it with some bobby pins and I added a small flower...just like that, because I liked the idea of it.Anyway, the day I made this style I was at my parent's house and I was just relaxing,so I did not care about using any hairspray, hence the flyaways :)...but yeah for staying at home it was just fine.

Kiss,kiss...

That's so pretty, I never could learn a French braid, especially on myself.

@ Mona :),

hi sweety!Oh,it's very easy to do a french braid and I'll do a tutorial on it very soon. You know, for years I couldn't do it and I'd always ask my mom to make me one. But,one day on YouTube I found some tutorials about french braiding and from there it really was easy.
In my opinion a french braid would be very suitable for a woman wearing a hijab, because your hair are nicly put back and in place...I mean with a french braid you can also go to sleep, while with a bun that's not possible.Anyways, just an idea :)...

oh believe me,my hair styles aren't something very complicated...just things I do to look more polished :)) if I may say so.Anyways,as I said I'll soon post more about them...
Kiss,kiss honey :)!

That is pretty! Like Mona, I don't know how to a French braid... =( But I like your idea, that it suits hijabis. That's creative of you.

And is it just me or does your hair look darker? ;)

JASMINA said...

@ Shahirah <3,

I'm glad you like this style...watch out for the tutorial :)...
You're absolutely right,my hair is darker, but I don't know how come, as I in no way have colored it.In fact, one friend (in real life) also told me that my hair looks darker.I sincerely don't know why this happens (and I sure will research this),because let's face it at the age of 36 I should be going gray :DD...He,he,he,but darker is just fine for me ;D!
Kisses my dear :)!
